Welcome to the New Year where we look to create new goals. It is important for you to look at your goals and make them last longer than this week.
Create a goal that is a little outside your comfort zone. Make it small enough to be doable. An example is I want to walk daily. I will make it that I will walk 5 minutes a day. At the end of the 5 minutes, I will check in with myself. I can keep going or I can finish. Either way when I get back, I will check it off on my to-do list that I met my goal for the day.

When we celebrate your accomplishment, it makes it easier to do it the next day. When you make it achievable it is more likely to be long term.
